The Ballerina Management Institute Trust (BMIT) Pune, was started in 1997 by Mrs.Ratna Joshi to find solutions to the issues affecting the urban and rural poor, with a special focus on children and education. We work in and around Pune, India, especially in rural and tribal areas.
Ballerina Management institute (BMI Trust) has been granted SPECIAL CONSULTATIVE STATUS with the UNITED NATIONS ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL (ECOSOC)

Devoted to Tribal, Unprivileged and Orphan Children. Child education – We encourage students and look into the problems they face in school and helping them triumph over these problems. We guide the parents and teachers on how to mentor their children.

Our Program  includes

  1. Self-analysis of students
  2. Arranging science projects on upcoming technology
  3. Distribution of School stationary like Notebooks, Books, Pens, pencils etc.
  4. Conducting Poster competitions on current scenarios.
  5. Conducting an expertise lecture of Mrs. Kamala Buddhavarpufrom Maryland,USA
  6. Conducting an Expertise lecture of Mrs. Anushree
  7. Conducting an Expertise Seminar on “How to take precaution while taking medicines and how to store medicines at home?”
  8. Counseling of Weaker, imbalanced Students of SharadashramPrathmikAshramshala, AamdarPrakashDeole  High school, Shirgaon, Pune.
  9. Donation of:
    1. Clothes
    2. Notebooks
    3. Books
    4. Shoes
    5. Blankets
    6. Raincoats
    7. Umbrellas
    8. Fruits
    9. Biscuits
  10. Medicines for Calcium deficiency, anemia, vitamin deficiency, common cough and cold, fever, flu, and other particular problems that the children face.
  11. Self-Analysis of teachers and help them to change the methodology as per the requirement of the modern world.
